Pricing Policy

Weekly Rates are structured on a CALENDAR WEEK, that is, Sunday check-in, Saturday check-out (6 nights, checking out 11AM on the 7th day). There is no "Monthly Rate" structure, instead, simply multiply the number of desired rental weeks by the Weekly Rate.

"Week-Day Rate" (Mon-Thurs) will apply to each additional day a calendar week's stay is extended.

*The Weekend package rate is the total price for a two night stay. We have a two night minimum stay policy. To determine the weekend price per night, just divide the "Weekend Pkg Rate" rate by 2. For weekend stays longer than two nights, just add the "Weekday Rate" for each additional night. Deposit (see below) required on weekend groups. Weekend Getaways are available only during the off-season, September thru May. We will offer weekend stays in June where available. Suites are reserved for full week rentals only in July & August. We will book partial weeks or weekends in July & August only if vacancies become available on short notice.

Value based Rates - Because we are not a hotel or bed and breakfast, we do not offer the additional amenities that these establishments do (e.g. breakfast, room service, maid service, phone in room, fireplaces, hot tubs) This is reflected in our lower rates of 20% to 30% within the Harbor Country area. Since we are not encumbered with the additional overhead and cost of support staff and facilities to maintain these additional services, we are pleased to pass along these cost savings to our guests, and offer good value in comparable accommodations along the Harbor Country® lakeshore.

Payment Terms are check or cash on arrival. We do not transact payment via credit card.

Deposit - There is a 30% deposit (rounded at nearest $5) required for full week reservations and Group bookings on weeks or partial/weekend stays. Deposit not required for single party reservations on weekends. If booking 2 or more consecutive weeks, the deposit amount is simply added for each week booked.

Deposit Policy - For details on our deposit policy, see our Policies and Deposit Process pages. Alternate pricing for specials or off season periods are at the discretion of the management and offered with specific restrictions.

Discounts - Because of high rental demand in our area, we do not offer "group discounts". We do however offer our standard Internet Discount, and Off Season discount rates.

Directory Listings - Occasionally our establishment may be listed by promotional agencies or directories in error under 'Hotel' or 'Bed and Breakfast', or because they do not have a category for our type of lodging (we prefer to be listed under 'Vacation Rentals'). If we are misplaced in an inappropriate category, it is often out of our control and is not intentional, nor do we wish to misrepresent what we offer in the form of amenities and lodging facilities.
